Academic Session

• The school follows an academic year from April to March.

• The year is divided into two terms to ensure balanced learning and assessment.

Term I (April – September)

• Classes commence in April.

• Periodic assessments, projects, and class activities are conducted regularly.

• Mid-Term Examinations are held in September.

• A short autumn break follows the completion of Term I exams.

Term II (October – March)

• Classes resume after the autumn break in October.

• Focus on advanced topics, projects, and preparatory work for finals.

• Pre-board/Pre-final examinations (for senior classes) conducted in January–February.

• Final Examinations for all grades in March.

Vacations & Holidays

• Summer Vacation: May–June

• Winter Break: December–January (approx. 2 weeks)

• National & festival holidays as per government notification.

• Detailed annual holiday list is provided in the Academic Calendar each year.

Evaluation & Promotion Policy

• Students are assessed through a comprehensive system of tests, projects, presentations, and exams across both terms.

• Promotion is based on overall performance, attendance, and participation.
